With a pre-installed battery that lasts over four years, maintenance is minimal. Installation couldn’t be easier – the back of the sensor is magnetic so it will stick to many metal surfaces found around the home or you could use the included 3M adhesive tape and metal mounting plate to place the sensor wherever you need it.
